Refund Policy
Booking & Cancellation Terms
Thank you for choosing Deva Resort, Tuljapur. To maintain our standards of hospitality and ensure availability for all devotees, we operate under a transparent yet firm cancellation framework.
Strict No-Refund Policy
All reservations made at Deva Resort are final. We maintain a No Refund policy for all bookings, including partial or full advances.
Non-Refundable
No money will be returned for cancellations, early check-outs, or no-shows regardless of the situation.
Non-Transferable
Confirmed bookings cannot be transferred to other individuals or rescheduled to future dates.
Early Departure
Leaving before your scheduled check-out date does not entitle you to a refund for remaining nights.
Force Majeure
Refunds are not applicable during natural disasters, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.
Modification Policy
While refunds are not possible, the management may—under extreme humanitarian grounds—allow a one-time date modification, strictly subject to room availability and seasonal price differences.
